About us

I have had two passions in my life: sports and spirituality. Sports have given me discipline, a fighter spirit and confidence. These qualities have helped me a lot in my personal growth and in the search for new paths and practices that provide me with a spiritual evolution.

I have always considered myself a woman with enormous sensitivity and I have looked to live in peace, balance and great joy. To achieve these goals I have had to work a lot on myself, physically, mentally and spiritually. This has made me see that every day is full of learning and has increased my desire to go deeper and deeper.

 

Throughout my life I have participated in multiple and different courses on meditation, shamanism, creative mind, personal power and reiki.

 

I love helping, feeling useful and generating well-being around me. It is because all of this that I identify a lot with this project, Quintaessencia, because it is full of passion and good intentions.

Throughout my life I have always felt connected to my spirituality. One night my eldest daughter, who was very sensitive came to me and said: mom, I saw an angel and she wants you to know that your dad is okay. My father passed away before she was born so in between my surprise and skepticism I asked her questions. Thanks to this I decided to understand spirituality and so understand her.

I studied Reiki with a woman who made me see that anything is possible. I became a Reiki and Aurosoma teacher. I studied Theta Healing, Access and different healing techniques. I learned about rituals, and religions. I worked with shamans and a woman who heals the planet.

 

I used to give classes and therapies, but I felt it was time to stop. The energy was no longer moving as before. Now each person has to learn to be their own teacher and their own healer. That was when a friend asked me to do this project and I thought it was wonderful to be able to help people help themselves. That is how we came together to create Quintaessencia.

My journey with holistic therapies began 18 years ago when my 2-year-old son began to have allergies and asthma. Not being satisfied with what traditional medicine gave me, I looked for new ways to help him. I tried homeopathy and naturopathy and seeing the results I decided to learn and became a therapist in different forms of healing and so my personal and spiritual growth began. I studied Shiatsu, Quiromasjae, Metamorphic Massage, Reiki, Flower Therapy and Conscious Touch. I have been a biodynamic Craniosacral professional for more than 10 years specialized in visceral and therapy for babies and pregnant women, I am also an educator of infant massage.

My contact with aromatherapy began 7 years ago with my daughter's respiratory problems. I found it simple, easy, pleasant, preventive, and so this led me to continue experimenting and studying aromatherapy, which has been present in my day-to-day life ever since. I consider myself a seeker and I am fascinated by learning, experimenting and growing on a daily basis.
